Thank you for previously expressing an interest in the products and services of Invint Limited. The following
is our regular quarterly update, including a strategic update.
The preceding quarter continues to provide evidence of growing interest in the field of conductive inks and polymers
as alternatives to conventional interconnect techniques. The Invint team has presented at a number of conferences,
populated by many of the big names in the industry, and we have a number of forthcoming engagements in a similar vein.
We are extremely impressed by the breadth of organisations now undertaking study in this field, ranging from academic
departments conducting primary research, through to the many small and medium-sized undertakings that are applying and
furthering this research. The next year should be an extremely interesting year in our industry.
Since our last newsletter we at Invint have been busy in a number of applications. We are especially pleased with our work
alongside a partner to develop a three-dimensional capability for relatively complex shapes. Utilising a spray then a
laser-ablation process we have demonstrated good feasibility of a manufacturing process that is capable of cost-effectively
depositing an interconnect structure on a highly 3-d substrate. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming a
development partner for this approach to previously challenging applications.
As mentioned in the last newsletter, we now provide a sales channel for ink and polymer related products, and we have been
very happy with the response that we have had. Via this route customers can take advantage of the many years effort we have
placed into materials characterisation (of over 100 materials) and purchase ink and polymer products from Invint. For more

Applications for ink related interconnect over the last few months have included antennae, security products, heaters
(increasing in clothing applications) and medical devices, alongside the conventional 2-dimensional circuits that we make on
a regular basis on a variety of rigid and flexible substrates. We are always happy to apply our years of knowledge and materials
expertise to client application problems, so if you have a specific interest then please do not hesitate to contact us.
In strategic matters, a review of the Invint business model has resulted in the following revision to our approach. The Board of
Directors of Invint Limited are redirecting short-term corporate activities towards the identification of a major strategic
partner, with a view to significant investment in the company. This strategy adjustment is designed to provide appropriate
capital to leverage the growing I.P. and knowledge base within the company via direct revenue from materials or capital
equipment sales.
Thank you again for your interest in Invint.
